TERMS AND CONDITIONSPricing1) Prices stated are final and
non-negotiable unless stated.
2) All prices stated are in Singapore dollars.
3) When you comment on an item and I get back to you,
do not go MIA on me. People who do a disappearing act, I have them for my dinner. So don't test my patience.
Requests1) You may request for larger pictures if need be.
2) Requests for having the clothes worn will be
simply rejected, no questions asked. I am a conservative student, not a cheap model.
3) Requests for trades will not be entertained.
No tradesPayment1) For local buyers, payment is to be done by either ATM transfer or iBanking ONLY.
2) For overseas buyers, payment is to be made by Paypal.
3) Payment details will be given to the buyer after confirmation of purchase.
4) Payment is to be made within
three days of closing the deal.
5) For meetups, meetup date must be confirmed within
three days of deal confirmation.
6) Item will be sold to the first person who confirms with payment.
Disclaimer / Liabilities1) The seller will not be held responsible for any items lost in the mail. (Normal/Registered)
2)
DEAD BUYERS are not tolerated. If you said you'd take it, you jolly well
purchase it. Likewise, I'll eat these people for dinner.
3) The item will only be sent out after payment is received.
4) Items sold are non-exchangeable/refundable.
5) Items will be double-checked for defects before mailing out.
6) Please
inform me if you are no longer interested in an item if you have expressed interest in it before.
7) I
reserve the right to cancel any pending sales transaction for irresnposible buyers, buyers who give a million and one excuses, and for deals that drag beyond three weeks.
Packaging Policy1) Your items will always be additionally wrapped in plastic, and as air tight as possible to prevent spoilage of your item should your package be exposed to the rain.
2) Additional tape will be used to seal all the opening gaps in the packaging envelopes to prevent them from falling apart.
3) I have a habit of ALWAYS writing my return address on the back of the envelope in case the package is undeliverable.
4) So far, 100% of my packages get delivered successfully, due to the above practices.
Spamming1) No form of spamming is tolerated on
any of my sales posts. I will
not hesitate to tell such spammers to fuck off.
2) My email address displayed on this site is for enquiries regarding items only.
Do not add my email address to any of your mailing lists, especially when I did not explicitly request for it to be added.3) All my potential buyers whose email addresses are displayed in comments to my sales posts are to be protected by the above two terms as well.

Subsequently went MIA and I never heard from her again thereafter. Transaction terminated.

SGSale; Dead buyer, lied to me about being in Malaysia and thus having to postpone meetup, but I discovered otherwise. Attempted to lie further when I discovered the deed - gave her benefit of the doubt, but when I found even more evidence of her lie, I just decided to terminate the transaction altogether. Lesson to be learnt: No one gets away with lying to me, because I have my ways of finding out.

Confirmed item and meetup on the same day, but cancelled purchase abruptly on meetup day due to claims made by her buying partner about the watch's date of purchase being too long ago for it to be a birthday gift - even though a photo of the date of purchase has been clearly provided in the item's listing. And all these happened after I rescheduled so many meetings just to accomodate her timing. A complete waste of my time.

We've agreed to meet-up for the watch after her friend's send-off and after I return from my overseas trip. However, received an SMS from her in the midst of my trip, indicating that she's passing on the watch. Dampened my mood, especially since she is the third dead buyer for this particular watch. Basically a dead buyer.

SGSale; Promised to transfer payment for the Pepsi Singlet within a day, but got back to me the next day informing me that she does not want it anymore because of (insert reason here). Typical dead buyer.

SGSellTrade; Told me that she was very keen on a tee which was already pending, and whether she could have it instead if she made immediate payment at the original price. I ended up negotiating with the pending buyer who eventually passed, but when I got back to headtoheart, she decided that she's changing her mind too and is decided she's not getting the tee after all.

Somehow, I'd already be wary when buyers mention payment delays, but decided to just wait this one out because she seemed sincere. I must give her credit though - she didn't go MIA on me (unlike most of my other dead buyers). She contacted me with her intention to pass, and apologized.
